Kim runs errands in Beverly Hills

Kim was spotted out and about yesterday prior to celebrating her boyfriend Reggie Bush’s birthday. Kim was photographed by paparazzi at the nail salon getting pampered, picking up dry cleaning and then shopping before being swamped by awaiting paps and an eager autograph hunter who looked to be overwhelming Kim a little bit. Kim looks cute in a pair of skinny fit jeans, a black shirt and a nice blazer.

March 2, 2010: Kim out running errands yesterday

March 2, 2010: Kim Kardashian was out and about in Beverly Hills, California yesterday taking care of some business. Kim first got a color change at a Beverly Hills Nail salon, she then stopped by the dry cleaners and then it was off to do some shopping at Fred Segal in Hollywood. She looks pretty!
